NRL DEVELOPMENTS

Recently in the NRL, these developments have surfaced:

- A proposal by Manly CEO Grant Mayer will be investigated. An extra comp round will be played at one location. For example, Brisbane.

- Keep the interchange system as it is. Ten changes from a bench of four players.

- Keep the controversial rule where a club is allowed a right of reply of an offer made to one of its player’s up until round 13 of the player’s last year at a club.

- Strengthen the game’s markets and financial opportunities.
